Notice: the visitor center will be closed on May 6 and 21 for staff training. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Drone use is by permit only. Permits may be obtained at the visitor center for a fee of $10.00. Permit blackouts may occur during special events, emergencies, and periods of especially high visitation. You may also print the form here and bring it with you for faster service.
Be aware that the park can be exceptionally busy on weekends. We recommend arriving in the morning or later afternoon to avoid crowds.
Journey to this strange and colorful valley, which is unlike any other in Utah. The landscape, covered with sandstone goblins and formations, is often compared to Mars. Explore the geology, and camp among the nooks and gnomes.
